Know for sure!
God is Love
God is a God of Love and has a wonderful plan for your life.
The Bible tells us that He loves us so much He was willing to die for us.
For God so loved the world, the he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16
Men are sinners
The Bible also tells us that all men are sinners and this is where the problem lies.
God made man in His own image. He gave man the ability to choose right from wrong. We choose to sin and our sin keeps us from God.
Our sins have separated us from God.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23
Sin must be paid for
God’s Word also says that sin must be paid for –
For the wages of sin is death… Romans 6:23
Wages mean payment. -The payment of our sin is death and hell, separation from God forever.
If we continue in our sin, we shall die without Christ and be without God forever.
Christ has paid the price
But there is GOOD NEWS – the Gospel. The Lord Jesus Christ has already paid the penalty for your sin. He collected the wages of death for you.
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
All of our sins were laid on Christ on the Cross. He paid our sin debt for us. The Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross and shed His blood for our sin. He was buried and three days later He arose again from the dead. He is alive forevermore.
Now it’s up to you
Now it is up to you to personally pray and receive Christ by faith and be born again. Jesus Christ wants to have a personal relationship with you. He is waiting for you to receive Him into your heart and life!
Admit you are a sinner and need to be saved from Hell. Be willing to turn from your sins (Repent).
We must trust Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour and receive Him by personal invitation.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13
Are you willing?
Are you willing to ask Jesus to be your Saviour? Then please ask Him to save your soul in a prayer like this:
Lord I know that I am a sinner. If I died today, I would not go to heaven. Please forgive my sin, and come into my life and be my Saviour. Help me to live for you from this day forward. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
